Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, to consider and approve the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from February 04, 2016 to February 14, 2016 for Directors, Employees, Designated Persons and Specified Persons as defined in the Code.
