Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from shall remain closed from March 07, 2016 to March 16, 2016 for the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and other designated persons.
