Atlas Jewellery India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 04th quarter/year ended on March 31, 2016. Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) under the ‘ATLAS Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading’ would commence from 06:00 P.M. on April 16, 2016 and end 48 hours after the results are made public i.e. on April 25, 2016.
