Crazy Infotech has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2016, has discussed about future business growth and the company is also considering a reduction in share capital in accordance to the Companies Act 1956 to maximize its business value. It is therefore decided to call for another board meeting to be held on the May 04, 2016 to discuss in detail about the reduction in share capital.
