Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the Company’s Shares will remain closed on and from April 30, 2016 till May 12, 2016. The trading window shall re-open on May 13, 2016.
