Sundaramoorthy has been appointed as one of the Key Managerial personnel, being Chief Financial officer of the Company, with effect from April 01, 2016. His appointment was earlier recommended by the Nomination & remuneration Committee, at its meeting held before the Board meeting on May 09, 2016.
