Tirupati Tyres has acquired 90% stake in Aspen Lifestyles, balance 10% being held by Shamseerhussain K Khan, Director (Finance) of the Company. The acquisition is through internal accruals. Aspen Lifestyles is into Lifestyle Accessories, Leather goods and Polymers. The company is planning to grow through strategic acquisition in an inorganic manner and diversifying its portfolio.
Tirupati Tyres is engaged in manufacturing tubes and tyres for cycles, bicycles, tricycles, moped, scooters, motorcycles, auto rickshaws, tractors, trucks, buses, carthmoving vehicles and self moving vehicles.
