Shilp Gravures has informed that the Management of the Company under the authority delegated by the Board at the meeting held on April 30, 2016, have decided to appoint ‘ Link Intime India' as the Registrars & Share Transfer Agent of the Company and further to discontinue with the R&T services availed from 'Sharepro Services (India)' hereafter. The Company will update the Exchange, as and when a Tripartite Agreement is signed between the parties in the due course.
