Further, in accordance with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s shares will remain closed for all designated employees, including the Directors of the Company, from July 22, 2016 to July 29, 2016.
