In view of the above, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company has been closed with effect from July 02, 2016 and will remain closed up to July 04, 2016. The trading window shall be open from July 05, 2016.
