Surat Textile Mills has informed that that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct of the Company, the Trading Window shall be closed from August 02, 2016 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results to the public for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016. Accordingly, all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
