Mukta Arts has launched “Mukta A2 Cinemas” - a cost effective multiplex movie- watching experience with competitive ticket pricing, with its first cineplex rollout at Centresquare Mall, Vadodara. The latest movies, including Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow Part 2 in 3D, will be screened.
Aimed at Tier II cities, the company has also commenced taking over ailing single screen theatres pan India, and converting them to cineplexes/ multiplexes with the latest, high-quality digital projection, sound system and comfortable seating.
The company has currently acquired 15 screens in Bhopal, Vadodara, Ahmedabad and Vizag. The cineplexes in Ahmedabad and Vizag would be launched shortly this year. The company’s target is to acquire 100 screens by 2012.
Mukta Arts is engaged in various areas of film making such as production, distribution, exhibition and imparting education.
