Roto Pumps gains on completing acquisition of Roto Pumps Africa

Roto Pumps is currently trading at Rs. 50.65, up by 0.65 points or 1.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 50.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 49.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 50.65 and Rs. 49.35 respectively. So far 76 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XC' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 89.70 on 23-Oct-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 40.50 on 29-Feb-2016.

Roto Pumps has acquired Roto Pumps Africa, South Africa through its Singapore Joint Venture Company (JVC) ‘Roto Overseas’. Consequently, Roto Pumps Africa, South Africa, with a share capital of South African Rand 2,000,100 has become the wholly subsidiary of the JVC.
