KSS’s wholly owned subsidiary K Sera Sera Digital Cinema has terminated the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with United Mediaworks for the formation of Joint Venture. The Joint Venture MOU has been terminated on mutual understanding of the aforesaid parties.
KSS (formerly K Sera Sera) is a content production house that brings together a unique combination of film financing, production and distribution. The company has a net worth of more than Rs 240 crore and is listed on the NSE, BSE & Luxemburg Stock Exchange.
