Koutons Retail bleeds as NSE suspends stock trading from April 26

Koutons Retail, the manufacturers and exporter of wide range of garments has plunged nearly 12% as the National Stock Exchange has suspended trading on the stock with effect from April 26, 2012. Owing to non- compliance with certain provisions of the Listing Agreement, the NSE took this decision.

Koutons Retail India is currently trading at Rs. 10.73, down by 1.43 points or 11.76% from its previous closing of Rs. 12.16 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 12.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 12.00 and Rs. 10.55 respectively. So far 589797 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 40.70 on 20-Apr-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.55 on 19-Apr-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 14.05 and Rs. 12.01 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 33.12 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 10.89% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.01% and 77.10% respectively.
