K Sera Sera Digital Cinema, a business vertical under KSS, has set footprints in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with a lab processing unit at Rama Naidu Studio in Hyderabad as the core operational centre, targeting presence of 100 cinemas across the two States by this fiscal-end. With an initial presence boasting 30 cinemas in the two states, the company is bullish with its plans of expanding its reach to 100 cinemas by the end of FY17.
The company will be launching its new playback servers which are fully secured content encryption as per the guidelines of Motion Pictures Solutions (MPS). This will help it in procuring the Hollywood content for the Indian market.
