Shreyas Intermediates has informed that System Support Services existing RTA of the Company has intimated that they have decided to discontinue acting as the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. The Board has, on December 07, 2016, decided to appoint Link Intime India as the Registrars and Share Transfer Agent of the Company in place of System Support Services. The date from which above change would become effective is December 15, 2016.
