Cheviot Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company shall meet on January 31, 2017, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window under the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of Cheviot Company Limited by Insiders’ will be closed from January 21, 2017 for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons defined in the said code. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
