Everest Kanto Cylinder has entered into an asset purchase agreement with SNF Flopam India to sell its Land, Building and Electric Installations in Gandhidham, Gujarat for consideration of $29 million. The expected date of completion of sale would be April 30, 2017.

Everest Kanto Cylinder is engaged in the manufacture of fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment. The company is also engaged in the manufacture of high pressure seamless gas cylinders and other cylinders, equipment, appliances and tanks etc.
