Further to intimation dated 28 June 2017 with regard to appointment of new Directors on the Board, Sicagen India has submitted profile of Rita Chandrasekar, who was appointed as additional Director, and profile of Shridhar Gogte, who was appointed as additional Director and inducted as Whole Time Director of the Company. In this connection, the company stated that there is no relationship between the aforesaid new Directors with any of the Directors and/or Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.
