Eros International Media’s promoter Eros Worldwide FZ LLC has further reduced its holding in the company. The promoter company has sold 11.87 lakh shares of Eros International Media at Rs 216.06 on the NSE on July 18, 2017. Earlier, the promoter had sold 12,44,850 shares of the company.
As on March 2017, Eros Worldwide FZ LLC was holding 4,71,26,290 shares or 50.21 percent stake in the company.
