Patels Airtemp India has informed that the board has approved the appointment of Devidas C. Narumalani as whole time director of the company for the further period of five years with effect from July 14, 2012.
Further the board has approved the appointment of Rajendra Patel & Associates, cost accountants for the financial year 2012-13, subject to approval from the Central Government for the conducting audit of cost accounting records maintained by the company for the specified products/services covered under the Order of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
