Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BAG Films & Media has informed that the Board of Directors of Skyline Radio Network Limited, one of the subsidiary of the Company, in its meeting held on 9 August 2017, appointed Sudhir Shukla, Anil Kapoor and Urmila Gupta as Additional Director of Skyline Radio Network Limited with effect from 09.08.2017. The requisite disclosures in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 to the extent applicable to the appointment is given in the Annexure-I.
