Mukta Arts has disposed off its investment of 30.65 lakh equity shares in Maya Digital Studios (acquired at cost of Rs 1.84 crore) constituting to 12.34% of its Share Capital at an agreed price of Rs 20 per share to Cosmos Entertainment and received a total of Rs 6.13 crore. The procedure for the sale of shares has been completed according to the provisions of the Companies Act 2013.

Mukta Arts is engaged in various areas of film making such as production, distribution, exhibition and imparting education.
