Grandeur Products wholly owned subsidiary - Tierra Agrotech (TAPL) has acquired Branded Cotton Seed Business of Monsanto Holdings (MHPL) in India. The relevant Definitive Agreements have been executed on August 31, 2017 at Mumbai.

The acquisition of Branded Cotton seed business of MHPL pertaining to India will help in strengthening existing Seed Business and to launch Next Generation Hybrids in Cotton to serve Indian farming community.

Grandeur Products is in the business of FMCG projects particularly into Coffee and related products. Its products include coffee, tea, cocoa, milk, milk products, sugar, sugar substitutes, and fruits.
