Unistar Multimedia has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Mudrai Multi Facilities Services (Mudrai) in the name and style of ‘Mudrai Unistar JV’, on October 12, 2017, for the purpose of preparing and submitting the Bid jointly or individually for Infrastructure Projects.
As per JV agreement, Mudrai shall be the Lead Partner of the Joint Venture and is responsible for performing a key function in Project contract management and execution thereof.
Unistar Multimedia was incorporated in 1991 and was initially engaged in i hire purchase financial services. In the year 2000 the Company diversified into entertainment business to become content provider for TV channels.
