Ashapura Intimates Fashion is planning to issue Commercial Papers on private placement basis. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on November 30, 2017 to consider and approve the same.
The company is also planning to issue American Depository Receipt / Global Depository Receipt /Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds.
