Oyeeee Media has received an approval to enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Balaji Telefilms (BTL) to exclusively collaborate with BTL on mutually agreeable terms for the development of the Concept to be produced by BTL for third party.
Further, the company has received an approval to enter into an agreement with Essel Vision Productions (EVPL) and to engage with them as a Creative Producer and to provide the services to EVPL. The board of directors at their meeting held on December 7, 2017, has approved for the same.
