Universal Auto Foundry has received an approval to purchase the Land in Kaladera of Jain Autocastings. The board of the company at the meeting held on December 09, 2017, has approved the same.
Besides, the board with the Consent of all the Directors has cancelled the MOU with Belvedere Chemicals, for acquisition of company and land.
Universal Auto Foundry is engaged in the manufacturing of Iron Castings. The company manufactures castings components in Grey Iron and S.G. (Ductile) Iron, primarily for automotive sector.
