Sicagen India has informed In continuation of the proposal to acquire 100% equity capital of Danish Steel Cluster Private (Danish Steel), the Company has acquired the balance 40% of the equity capital of Danish Steel and completed the transaction on 28th December 2017. Consequent to the above acquisition, Danish Steel has become a 100% subsidiary of the Company with effect from 28th December 2017.
