Grandeur Products’ wholly owned subsidiary - Tierra Agrotech (TAPL) has completed the acquisition of Branded Cotton Seed Business of Monsanto Holdings (MHPL) in India on January 11, 2018. With this acquisition, TAPL has gained ownership of the Branded Cotton Seed Business of MHPL in India.
