With reference to earlier intimation dated February 7, 2018 regarding Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on February 14, 2018, Indo Count Industries has further informed that the Board in the said meeting will also consider declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares of the Company for the year 2017-18. The Record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend would be Friday, February 23, 2018, subject to declaration of the said interim dividend in the Board Meeting to be held on February 14, 2018. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company’s Directors and designated employees of the Company from February 8, 2018 to February 16, 2018. The said intimation is given pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
