In continuation of the letter dated 13.2.2018, Mawana Sugars has informed that there will be a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 to consider the offer received from Usha International, owner of equity shares of Mawana Foods and accordingly the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the shareholders scheduled to be held on 21.3.2018 is likely to be postponed and the new date for holding the EGM of the shareholders will be informed in due course.
