Further to the letters dated 29th January 2018 and 21st February 2018, Inox Leisure has now informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of 50% equity shares of Swanston Multiplex Cinemas from Reliance Mediaworks. Accordingly, Swanston Multiplex Cinemas has become wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 5th March, 2018.
