Future Consumer has entered into a Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with Bin Ablan Group (Bin Ablan) on March 15, 2018, to establish the business of manufacturing, packaging, marketing, selling, sourcing and distributing cupcakes and pound cakes, by way of forming a JV Company as per the terms and conditions agreed under the said JV Agreement.
As per the JV Agreement, the company and Bin Ablan each, directly or through their respective affiliates, shall hold 50% of the paid-up share capital of the JV Company.
Future Consumer (formerly Future Consumer Enterprise) is a holding company. It is a food company, which is engaged in branding, marketing, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution of fast moving consumer goods, food and processed food products. It also has agri-sourcing operations in India.
