Cheviot Company has informed that the Board of directors at their meeting held today 23rd May, 2018 has approved the following re-appointments subject to passing of special resolution by the member at the ensuing annual general meeting of the Company convened to be held on Friday, 10th August, 2018: Nawal Kishore Kejriwal (holding DIN 00060314) has been re-appointed as Wholetime Director for a further period of one year with effect from 1st June, 2018; Navin Nayar (holding DIN 00136057), Sushil Dhandhania (holding DIN 00484489) and Padam Kumar Khaitan (holding DIN 00019700), Independent Directors of the Company, have been re-appointed as Independent Directors for a second term of five consecutive years from 1st April, 2019 to 31st March, 2024.
