RSWM has decided to close manufacturing activities at its units situated at Perumal Kovil Street, Thirubuvanai, Puducherry and at Bagalur, District Hosur, Tamil Nadu, with effect from May 31, 2018. The manufacturing activities of the above units will be closed after completion of necessary formalities and machinery either relocated to company's existing facilities or disposed off.
The said units comprise of insignificant portion of operations of the company and the said closure does not have any material and adverse effect on operations of the company.
RSWM is engaged in the manufacturing, spinning, weaving and processing of manmade textile fabrics. The company is also engaged in cotton spinning and weaving.
