With reference to company’s email dated 25th May, 2018 regarding submission of Audited Financials in the Revised Format as Per IND AS Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013, Oscar Global has informed about submission of statement of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2018, in the revised format as per Schedule III to the companies Act, 2013; and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 20l5, Auditors' Report for the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018, issued by the Statutory Auditors, Dubey & Co., Chartered Accountants along with unmodified Opinion on the Audited Financial Results. Further, there is no change in the figures of financial results as submitted before in old format dated 14th May, 2018 and also all others earlier enclosed files submitted with the outcome of the Board Meeting of the company held on 14th May, 2018 remains same and shall form part of above results in revised format.
