Resolved further that the Board places on record its appreciation for the assistance and guidance provided by Maitreyee Gupta during her tenure as secretary of the Company. Resolved further that Pankaj Agrawal be and is hereby severally authorised to do all acts, deeds and things which are necessary for the resignation of aforesaid person, from the post of Company Secretary of the Company.
