Bhagwati Autocast’s promoter and Director has acquired 8,322 equity shares of the company for an amount of Rs 9,57,995 through market purchase during the period June 4, 2018 to June 15, 2018.
Earlier to this acquisition, she had 804819 equity shares or 27.94% stake in the company which has increased to 813141 equity shares or 28.23%.
Bhagwati Autocast is engaged in producing high duty grey iron and ductile iron castings as per International Standards. The company also produces SG iron castings and alloy iron castings.
