INOX Leisure moves up on the buzz of signing lease agreement with Oberoi Realty

Inox Leisure is currently trading at Rs. 256.50, up by 1.65 points or 0.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 254.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 254.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 258.00 and Rs. 254.85 respectively. So far 2647 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 326.00 on 08-Feb-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 213.30 on 25-Sep-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 262.90 and Rs. 252.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2464.01 crore.

INOX Leisure has reportedly signed a lease agreement with Oberoi Realty for 1 lakh sq ft space in the developer’s under-construction mall in Mumbai’s western suburb Borivali.
