Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Inox Leisure has informed that the Company has commenced the Commercial Operations of a Multiplex Cinema Theatre taken on Lease basis, located at SRMT Mall, Lalitha Nagar, Sarpavaram Junction, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh - 533005 with effect from today, i.e. Monday, 9th July, 2018. The said Multiplex Cinema Theatre has 5 screens and 915 seats. INOX is now present in 64 cities with 127 Multiplexes, 509 screens and a total seating capacity of 1,24,941 seats across India.
