Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Inox Leisure has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 24th July, 2018, to consider and take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018. In accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 17th July, 2018, till completion of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
