Radaan Mediaworks has executed respective Sale Deed and Construction Agreement for purchase of third floor of a commercial property (consisting of Stilt + Three Floors) to be constructed at New No.8 & 10 (Old No. 3 & 4), Paul Appasamy Street, T Nagar, Chennai, from R Radikaa Sarathkumar (Seller) for a total consideration of Rs 13,05,94,000 exclusive of taxes, duties, charges and levies and the same have been duly registered with the jurisdictional sub-registrar's office on September 26, 2018.
