Rutron International has received an approval to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of its logistic business at a consideration as may be decided by the board, subject to the approval of the members of the company. The board at its meeting held on July 24, 2012 has approved for the same.

Besides, the board has also decided to conduct postal ballot to get the consent of the members of the company under Companies Act, 1956 for the same.

Rutron International deals mainly in supply of textile machines and parts.
