Vishal Bearings has informed that Board of Directors of the company have fixed the record date as Saturday, January 12, 2019 for the declaration of Interim Dividend for determining the members of the company who will be entitled to receive Interim Dividend @ 5%, that is, 50 Paise per share of Rs 10 fully paid-up for the financial year 2018-19. Members, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the company and/or the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositaries as at close of business hours on January 12, 2019, will be entitled to receive the interim dividend.
