Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Radaan Mediaworks India has informed that the Members of the company approved alteration of the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the company consequent to increase in the Authorised Share Capital vide a resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 29th December 2018, the results of which were declared on 31st December 2018.
