Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of earlier letters dated 10.01.2019 and 11.01.2019. Shakti Pumps (India) has informed that the management is still in process for resolving the issue and appointment of new labour Contractors.
