In view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the company to be held on Wednesday, the 13th day of February, 2019 to consider and approve Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018, Rama Vision has informed that as per the company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (‘the Code’) adopted by the company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company would remain closed from 01st February, 2019, upto 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results to the public.
