Pursuant to clause 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015, Cityman has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today (12.02.2019) which commenced at 11 AM and concluded at 12.20 PM have considered and approved the un audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2018 along with the limited review report issued by the statutory auditor of the Company .
